NEW TO EMPOWA?

ALL FITNESS LEVELS ENCOURAGED

No matter where you're at in your fitness journey, there's a place for you at Empowa.

STEP 1: FUEL UP

You don’t want to train on an empty tank, so we recommend that you hydrate with plenty of water and a light snack.

STEP 2: SIGN IN

Before your first session, you need to sign a waiver. If you are under 18, you need one signed by a parent in person.

STEP 3: POWER UP

Please arrive at the studio 10-15 minutes before your session, so we can give you a tour of the studio and introduce to your Coach.

STEP 4: ZONE IN

Our team will help to familiarise you with your Powazone, and adjust your resistance. Water-check! Towel-check! You’re ready to zone in!

STEP 5: GET MOVING

Follow your Coach's lead and let the music carry you through the experience. We never judge and it’s ok to rest when you feel like doing so.

STEP 6: KEEP CLEAN

After your session we sanitise and get ready to rock your day!
